We make every effort to display the textures, fits, and colors of our garments as accurately as possible within our online store. However, we cannot guarantee that your digital device's screen display, configurations, or color rendering will perfectly mirror the physical fabric in hand.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the sales of our garments or quantities to any individual person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis. All product descriptions and retail pricing are subject to change at any single time without prior notice. We reserve the absolute right to discontinue any standalone garment or capsule drop at our discretion.



SECTION 3 - ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND VERIFICATION

Placing an order on our platform represents an offer to purchase. PARVA00 reserves the right to accept, modify, or decline your order for any reason at our sole discretion.
  • Prepaid Orders: Your order is formally accepted once payment is securely processed and you receive a confirmation email.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Your order is subject to a strict verification process (via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp) before it is accepted for fulfillment. We reserve the right to cancel any COD order that fails our verification security check.
Please review your selection thoroughly before submitting your order. Once an order is accepted or dispatched from our studio, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. All processed orders are strictly subject to size exchanges only, in accordance with our 7-Day Exchange Policy. You warrant that your purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale or unauthorized export.


SECTION 4 - PRICING, BILLING, AND PAYMENT SECURITY

Retail prices, temporary discounts, and seasonal promotions are subject to change without prior notice. The final price charged for a garment will be the price active at the precise time your order is finalized at checkout. Posted prices do not include domestic shipping fees or local operational handling charges unless explicitly stated.

You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete payment and contact details for all purchases. By completing a transaction, you represent and warrant that:
  1. The financial, card, or UPI details provided are true and correct.
  2. You are fully authorized to utilize the selected payment instrument.
  3. For COD transactions, you commit to paying the exact invoiced balance in cash upon delivery to your doorstep.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, LOGISTICAL DELAYS, AND RISK

While PARVA00 coordinates with premier local courier networks to fulfill deliveries across India, all stated delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for logistical delays caused by courier transit backlogs, adverse weather events, or operational disruptions outside our direct control. Once a package is transferred from our fulfillment center to the shipping carrier, the physical title and risk of loss pass directly to the customer.

Any legal disputes, structural claims, or consumer controversies arising out of or in connection with our garments, website, or policies shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Rewari, Haryana, India. By utilizing our services, both you and PARVA00 formally consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these specific courts.
