EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

At PARVA00, all sales are final. As an independent design label operating in strictly limited runs, we maintain a strict No-Refund and No-Cancellation policy. We do not offer monetary refunds or order cancellations once a transaction is processed or a package has been dispatched from our studio.
For orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD), the sale is considered final once the order is confirmed by our team. Refusing a COD delivery at your doorstep or canceling it after dispatch causes operational disruption and textile waste, which goes against our slow-fashion ethos.

7-DAY SIZE EXCHANGES ONLY

To ensure you get the perfect fit, we exclusively offer one time size exchanges under the following mandatory conditions:
  1. Timeframe: Exchange requests must be initiated via email within exactly 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this 7-day window cannot be accepted.
  2. Condition: The garment must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. It must show zero signs of wear, fragrance, or cosmetic stains.
  3. Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging box, with all custom fabric care labels, internal tags, and paper hang tags fully intact.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

To initiate a size exchange, email our studio at hello@parva00.com with your Order ID and the preferred new size. Once our team reviews and approves your request, we will provide the necessary instructions and the return address for our fulfillment center. Please note that return shipping costs for size exchanges are borne by the customer.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your garments immediately upon delivery. In the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours at hello@parva00.com with clear photos or an unboxing video. Our team will review the issue immediately and dispatch a replacement at no additional cost to you.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

Please note that items purchased during sales, clearance events, or specific custom drops are considered final sales. Due to the delicate nature of the craftsmanship, garments featuring specialized lace or embroidery details are not eligible for size exchanges under any circumstances.
