SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

All garments at PARVA00 are processed, carefully inspected, and hand-packed within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation. Domestic shipping across India typically takes 3 to 7 business days to reach your address, depending on your regional location. Real-time digital tracking links will be sent automatically to your registered email address or phone number the moment your package leaves our studio.

ONLINE PAYMENTS (Prepaid Cards, UPI & NetBanking)

To encourage a smooth, low-waste checkout process, PARVA00 offers completely free standard shipping all over India for all standard online payments. We accept all normal digital payment methods at checkout, including:
  • UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.
  • Cards: Credit Cards and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Maestro).
  • NetBanking: All major Indian banking networks.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We provide a Cash on Delivery option across most pincodes in India under these specific guidelines:
  1. Shipping Fee: A standard handling fee is added to your total bill at checkout for all COD orders to cover the extra processing fees charged by domestic couriers.
  2. Mandatory Verification: Every COD order must be verified via a quick automated WhatsApp or text message before we pack it.
  3. Dispatch: Your order will leave our studio only after confirmation. Unverified COD requests will be automatically canceled after 48 hours.

DELIVERY FAILURES & REFUSALS

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are completely accurate at checkout. Our courier partners make up to three doorstep delivery attempts. If a package is returned to our studio due to an incorrect address or doorstep refusal, any future orders under your name will require a mandatory online prepaid checkout.
